Due to business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join our fast expanding team with major responsibilities:-
- Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Director
- Prepare and handle various type of documents, including correspondence and accounts report etc.
- Handling travelling arrangement and provide logistic support
- Prepare business reports to support the management in strategic planning
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Some relevant experience in office administration but not essential, fresh graduates are welcome
- Cheerful, smart, responsible, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good command in spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Proficient in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Power-point & Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
