Andy has over 20 years of experience in auditing, internal control review, risk management, and ESG reporting and advisory services. He has been actively involved in initial public offering (IPO) market and corporate governance engagements for listed issuers by providing corporate governance and internal control review, enterprise risk assessment, ESG reporting and advisory and forensic investigation services.

Andy has been worked in auditing sector at one of the Big Four accounting firms. During his tenure, he was responsible for supervising and guiding audit engagements for multiple listed companies and large private enterprises, gaining extensive experience in financial audits across industries such as retail, manufacturing, and property development in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Before joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Andy has been worked as an internal auditor at a local bank, where his duties included reviewing internal control processes and conducting compliance checks.

After joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Andy is responsible for providing pre-listing internal control review services (including PN21 and PN2), agreed-upon procedures (AUP) review, forensic and fraud investigations, post-listing corporate governance internal control reviews, risk advisory and assessment and ESG reporting and advisory services. His client portfolio covers industries such as trading, manufacturing, retail, catering, construction, property development, financial services, cleaning services, and education.

Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in BBA with a major in accounting. Andy is a registered member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition, he is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
