Bella Peng
Bella has over 11 years of experience in financial advisory and investment banking practice. She acquired solid experience in financial advisory services verticals such as due diligence, cross-border M&A, valuation & modelling for both private and listed entities in Hong Kong and overseas. She has accumulated in-depth sector expertise including renewable energy, battery materials, critical minerals, oil & gas, infrastructure, and climate technologies in Asia Pacific regions.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Bella worked on several international investment banks in Hong Kong. She was the project lead for landmark cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions in the Asia-pacific region, including Greater China, Australia, Indonesia, and Malaysia. During her early years, she developed financial due diligence and modelling experiences mostly for private equity clients. In addition, Bella also has structured finance experience at one of the world’s largest commodities traders.
Bella holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from London Business School and a BBA degree of Accounting from Renmin University of China.
