Bennett has over 15 years of experience in M&A transaction services, financial and commercial due diligence, and strategic advisory across Asia-Pacific. He advises private equity sponsors, corporates, investors and public-sector organisations on acquisitions, investments, business planning and growth opportunities. At Baker Tilly Hong Kong, he will also support clients on dispute-related matters.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Bennett was a Director in the M&A Transaction Services team of a Big Four professional services firm, where he advised on over 150 strategic transactions, private equity investments and value-creation engagements. He also helped establish the firm’s commercial due diligence offering in Hong Kong.
Bennett combines financial analysis with commercial insight to help clients assess business performance, market dynamics, investment risks and business plans. His experience also includes market entry assessments, feasibility studies, and financial and economic advisory across a broad range of industries.
