Herman Sin

Herman has extensive experience in audit and assurance profession. He has managed and led audit engagements for companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has also been actively involved in IPO engagements as the reporting accountants for Hong Kong IPOs.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Herman was a senior manager of a Big Four accounting firm, where he spent over 10 years in audit and assurance services. He has many successful experiences in leading public large-scale group audits, including those for a multinational conglomerate and a Chinese state-owned enterprise consisting of three listed entities, collaborating with component auditors from various firms in Mainland China, the US, Europe and Singapore. He also worked in a leading US-listed multinational group and has gained commercial experience in regional financial reporting.
Herman has broad exposures with clients across a diverse range of industries, including logistics, commodities marketing, financial service, real estate, construction, infrastructure, mining, consumer business and manufacturing sectors.
Herman obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
