"I have been working at Baker Tilly for three years and I am currently working in the team mainly handling overseas MNC clients. It included visits to Philippines and Thailand to conduct field audit assignments. Although it is quite challenging as a field-in-charge of these assignments, it equipped me with better skills in handling other engagements. Effective communication is essential, especially when we are onsite outside of Hong Kong. It is exciting to manage all tasks and cover issues concerned within fixed timeframe and resources. I had a good time in this company with all the friendly colleagues and environment."

"During the secondment program, I worked in Pitcher Partners as a Senior Analyst for three months based at the headquarter in Melbourne. I worked in the Audit team and joined during their busy season. The work consisted audit of several clients broadly of construction, law institute and manufacturing companies. I really enjoyed the moment and lifestyle in Melbourne, the most liveable city in the world. I met great people in Australia and made a few best friends with other secondees from the Baker Tilly Network of United States, Canada and Malaysia. It was one of the greatest moments I had in my life."

"I am currently 5 months into a 1-year placement with Baker Tilly as part of my university degree and I am enjoying all the opportunities both the company and Hong Kong have to offer.
On the day I arrived I was placed in a team straight away to commence my first audit. Being an undergraduate with only a small amount of practical experience in the UK, I felt a little out of my depth but I was reassured when all of my colleagues were so kind, friendly and willing to take the time to help and guide me.
I was surprised at how quickly I learnt and how quickly I was given responsibility. I really enjoy moving around to BT’s different client offices and have been lucky enough to travel to Thailand this year as part of an audit and where I am due to return early in 2019.
I am looking forward to the following 7 months and what they will hold and it will definitely be sad to say to goodbye to my new-found friends and home here in Hong Kong."

"What I find most valuable from Baker Tilly is the people I have been working with and the harmonious environment and atmosphere of our department. When I started as a Tax Assistant, I found that my colleagues were very supportive and we work as a family. Personally, I have had precious chances to travel to Cambodia, Thailand and Nanjing working on overseas assignments. Moreover, with all the working experiences and resources genuinely offered by Baker Tilly Hong Kong, I was able to achieve excellence in my study, being a top scorer in two of my ACCA exams. I believe one reason for this is because as a junior staff I am given opportunities to challenge myself in various tasks and receive constructive feedback from senior associates; which adds value to my personal development and preparation for exams."
