1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of electronic communication platforms, including, without limitation, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, 企業微信 (WeCom) and any other Microsoft platforms, if applicable (hereafter are collectively referred to as “Platforms”) which are provided by BTHK to transfer, store, or upload data or information, constitutes your acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using these Platforms.

2. Governing Agreements

Your use of the Platforms is also governed by the terms and services agreement of respective platform service providers, including Microsoft and Tencent WeCom and any other platforms which are provided by BTHK for communication use.

3. Use of the Platforms

You are authorized to use the Platforms as communication tools solely for legitimate business purposes related to BTHK’s services.

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with any other person for the Platforms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Platforms;
Upload, share or transmit any content on the Platforms that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of other person’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
Use the Platforms to distribute spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platforms;
Circumvent or disable any security features or measures of the Platforms;
Use the Platforms for personal gain or commercial purposes unrelated to BTHK’s business.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password;
All activities that occur under your account on the Platforms;
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, terms and services agreements, when using the Platforms;
Implementing appropriate security measures to protect the data on the Platforms;
Ensuring that the hardware and software you use are up-to-date and secure from viruses or malware.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the Platforms may contain confidential and/or sensitive information, and you agree to ensure the security and confidentiality of such information shared or accessed through the Platforms. Should you be aware of any suspected or actual data breach or security incident, you are obliged to report to BTHK’s IT Team immediately.

6. Monitoring

BTHK reserves the right to monitor your use of the Platforms to ensure compliance with these terms of use. We may access, review and disclose any content or activities on the Platforms as necessary to:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations or legal processes;
Respond to claims that any content violates the right of third parties;
Protect the rights, property or safety of BTHK, its clients or third parties.

7. Termination

BTHK may terminate your access to the Platforms at any times, with or without cause, including but not limited to your violation of these terms of use.

8. Disclaimer

The Platforms are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, BTHK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platforms;
Any conduct or content of any third parties on the Platforms;
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Change to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
