Forensic Support in Successful Defence of RMB 402.86 Million Money Laundering Charge (DCCC1588/2024; [2026] HKDC 1466) [只提供英文版本]

Baker Tilly Aranea Forensic Investigation Company Limited is pleased to have provided forensic services in support of the defence in a significant ICAC case involving an alleged money laundering amount of approximately RMB 402.86 million.

After a 24-day trial, the defendant was acquitted by the District Court. The Court found that the predicate offence could not be substantiated and that the fund flow evidence (as determined by Baker Tilly Aranea) supported the defence assertion.
