Job duties:
Perform daily accounting and routine book-keeping
Assist month-end and year-end closing and payment processing
Maintain ledger system and chart of accounts
Prepare monthly account analysis and investigate discrepancies
Prepare bank reconciliation and record inter-company transactions
Perform administrative duties
Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting
Previous experience in Clients Accounting preferred but not a must
Self-initiative, possess good analytical, organizational skill and with business acumen
Hands on experience on MYOB
Strong skill in MS OFFICE especially Excel
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
