BAKER TILLY HONG KONG is looking for Manager – Information Technology, Risk Advisory who will work at one of our operating units, BT Corporate Governance Limited, BTCGL which is one of the largest and most active internal control consultancy firms in the Hong Kong capital market, and specializes in providing a wide range of consultancy services, e.g. risk advisory, internal control, compliance advisory, financial due diligence, IT system review, ESG reporting, and forensic accounting, etc. to its clients, including IPO listing candidates and listed companies, in a highly diversified client portfolio of different industry exposures.

Due to its rapid business expansion and development, it is looking for ambitious high calibre candidates to help achieve its business development targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT security and operational reviews for our clients

  • Conduct IT system review on various IT systems, such as MS AD, VMware, ERP, online retail and mobile applications

  • Perform cybersecurity assessment and review of data privacy protection measures

  • Assist to revise and improve ITGC policies and procedures (covering infrastructure and applications) and all related documentation

  • Provide best practice recommendations on system development life cycle and IT security controls

  • Provide guidance on performance of data analytics

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline

  • Professional  certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, ITIL, ISO27001 lead auditor, etc.

  • 8+ years of IT security or IT audit experience preferably obtained from financial institutions or large CPA firms

  • Knowledge in industry frameworks and standards, such as COBIT, COSO, NIST, ISO, C-RAF, etc.

  • Knowledge of Python programming

  • Experience in common operating systems and AD administration, general management on networking, firewall, antivirus and anti-spam, general administration on database such as SQL server and Oracle

  • Previous exposure in ISO27001, C-RAF, PCI DSS preferred

  • Knowledge in SAP a definite advantage 

  • Experience in online retail and mobile applications an added advantage

  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese reporting 

  • Mature, positive attitude and willing to travel
