Mr. Cheung has rich experience in statutory audits, including audits of Hong Kong listed companies, large state-owned enterprises such as H shares and red-chip state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporate. His clients involve a variety of business segments, including new energy, film shooting and investment, financing, integrated leisure resorts, manufacturing and other fields.
Mr. Cheung has also participated in a number of projects including corporate mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, major acquisitions and initial public offering.
