Grow with Us

Your career development is as important to the firm as it is to you. Initially you will find a challenging yet supportive environment. As you develop and demonstrate your capabilities, you will be asked to accept a greater degree of responsibility. Internal training will prepare you to handle a client engagement from planning to sign off. You will also participate in training courses covering technical and soft skills.

Work with Guidance

We foster a supportive environment in which you can perform effectively and efficiently. Through our Buddy System, you will be paired with an experienced Baker Tilly Hong Kong employee to guide and evaluate you through work projects, motivating you to reach your potential. Experience sharing and collaboration are encouraged at regular lunch sharing sessions.

Hands on

You will often be working in the client's premises which will ensure exposure to a variety of business environments. You will be in direct contact with clients where social skills are almost as important as technical competence. You will learn how to ask difficult questions without giving offense. Such conversations are the source off much valuable audit and taxation evidence, and must be conducted properly.

Advance Your Career

As you progress, you may wish to specialise in a particular area, allowing you to leverage your business knowledge and provide quality advice to clients. We will keep your career path in focus through appraisals and coaching sessions.

CPA Certification

As a new professional at Baker Tilly Hong Kong, we understand the challenges you face on the path to becoming a certified public accountant. Our firm grants study leave, training allowances, examination bonuses and professional subscription reimbursement.
