Maggie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and risk management, and actively involved in IPO internal control reviews, corporate governance reviews, enterprise risk assessment and SOX compliance reviews.
Maggie has over 19 years of professional experience in audit and risk management serving listed companies, large private enterprises and multinational corporations in various industries.
After graduation from the University of Hong Kong, Maggie joined one of the Big Four as an external auditor where she was responsible for supervising audit assignments, and later worked as a manager of the risk advisory team of one of the Big Four where she was responsible for performing and supervising internal control reviews for listed companies, large private enterprises and multinational corporations. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Maggie was a director of the risk advisory team at an international accounting and advisory firm.
Maggie has been actively involved in IPO internal control reviews, corporate governance reviews, enterprise risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews for a wide range of clients, including manufacturing, trading, retail, finance, healthcare, and education, etc.
