He services both local and regional clients, who range from the small to the major MNCs, and is experienced in advising Chinese companies in using Hong Kong as a platform for outbound investment.
Patrick serves as a member of ACCA Hong Kong Tax Sub-Committee and is responsible for contributing suggestions on various consultation papers including the Government's Annual Budget and other tax-related consultations initiated by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and the Inland Revenue Department.
